What is an Evaluation Version?
Evaluation versions provide a way to obtain and evaluate software, giving users the opportunity to try a program on their own computer before buying it.
While evaluation versions are copyrighted, and the copyright holder retains all rights, the author specifically grants a user the right to freely evaluate and distribute the program, with limited exceptions.
7Bear Software, Inc. Warranties and Limitation of Warranties
7Bear Software, Inc. provides the following End-User License Agreements with respect to the software it distributes. An End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and 7Bear Software, Inc. for a 7Bear Software software product. Such software product includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). 7Bear Software has the right to revise the End-User License Agreement.
Payment Terms
For the use of any 7Bear Software, Inc. products, you agree to pay all fees and charges specified in the 7Bear Software Product Prices. All fees are due immediately and are nonrefundable.
Monetary collections may be made through PayPal, and not to or through 7Bear Software, Inc. Hence it may be necessary for AutoRun Architect users and their paying Customers to open PayPal accounts, and be subject to the applicable PayPal Terms of Use.
7Bear Software, Inc. is not affiliated with PayPal, and neither is the agent or employee of the other, and neither is responsible in any way for the actions or performance (or lack thereof) of the other. To the extent that any Service provided hereunder is rendered in conjunction with any other provider of services, the same shall also be true, namely that to the extent that a user of Services hereunder does so in conjunction with the services of another service provider, such user will be subject to the other service providers terms of service, and neither 7Bear Software, Inc. or the other service provider will be considered the agent or employee of the other, and neither will be responsible in any way for the actions or performance (or lack thereof) of the other. The terms of this agreement shall not in any way supersede the terms of any other service provider, nor shall the terms of service of any other service provider supersede the terms of this agreement with respect to the Services.
If 7Bear Software, Inc. does not receive payment from the card issuer, you agree to pay 7Bear Software, Inc. all amounts due upon demand. 7Bear Software, Inc. may take commercially reasonable actions to validate your credit card and collect all payments due. You agree to pay all attorney and collection fees arising from any efforts to collect any past due amounts from you to the extent allowed by law. You understand that if 7Bear Software, Inc. does not receive timely payment of all amounts due for any Service you purchase, your use of any 7Bear Software, Inc. Service may be severely restricted or terminated at 7Bear Software sole discretion. This includes any Information you provide to 7Bear Software while using any 7Bear Software Service.
THE FEE FOR ANY 7BEAR SOFTWARE, INC. SERVICE IS NONREFUNDABLE. 7BEAR SOFTWARE, INC. WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES PAID BY YOU IF YOU TERMINATE YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US.

7Bear Software, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion and as it deems appropriate to change its fees for any product.

You agree to notify 7Bear Software, Inc. immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of any 7Bear Software product.
You agree to pay any taxes, including personal property taxes or sales taxes, resulting from purchasing the 7Bear Software product. You agree to pay all attorney and collection fees arising from our efforts to collect any past due amounts from you to the extent allowed by law.
